Terms and Conditions GLBet — Platform Usage Guidelines

01User Eligibility & Account Registration

The glbet platform is open to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of this platform is lawful in the jurisdiction where you are located.

• Must be at least 18 Years Old at the time of registration and throughout the period of use.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• Not listed on any betting self-exclusion program.
• Use the platform for personal purposes only, not for commercial or third-party use.
• Provide true, accurate, and complete information during registration.

Each user is only permitted to hold one account only at GLBet. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of balances. GLBet reserves the right to request proof of identity at any time to verify account information.

02Deposits & Withdrawals

GLBet supports a range of payment methods suited for Malaysia users, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay and direct bank transfer. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Deposit: The minimum deposit is RM10 per transaction. There is no set maximum deposit limit; however, GLBet reserves the right to request verification for deposits exceeding certain thresholds. Deposits are generally credited to your account within minutes of payment confirmation.

Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal is RM30 per transaction. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 business hours, subject to completion of the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. Withdrawals can only be made to the same account or payment method used for the deposit, in compliance with anti-money laundering requirements.

• Users must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal is permitted.
• GLBet reserves the right to suspend withdrawals while an investigation is carried out if suspicious activity is detected.
• Any withdrawal attempt that does not meet the required conditions will be rejected and the funds returned to the account balance.
• Any applicable transaction fees are the user's responsibility and will be disclosed at the time of the transaction.

03Bonus & Promotion Terms

GLBet offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward loyal members and welcome new ones. All bonuses are subject to specific conditions that must be met before withdrawals are permitted.

Wagering Requirement: Each bonus has its own wagering requirements, typically expressed as a multiplier of the bonus value (e.g., 20x means you must wager the bonus amount ×20 before requesting a withdrawal). Full terms for each promotion are stated on the relevant promotions page.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per user / household / IP address / device unless otherwise stated.
• GLBet reserves the right to void bonuses and associated wins if the terms are misused or abused.
• Bonus expiry applies as stated in the terms of each promotion.
• Betting using bonus funds in certain excluded games will not count toward wagering requirements.
• GLBet reserves the right to modify or end any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

04Game Rules

All games on the glbet platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) system independently audited by internationally recognized certification bodies. Every game outcome is completely random and cannot be influenced by any party.

• Users are responsible for understanding the rules and gameplay of each game before wagering real money.
• Wins are calculated and credited automatically in accordance with the game rules set by the respective game developer.
• Any technical faults, internet disruptions, or user device issues that result in losses cannot be claimed as compensation from glbet.
• In the event of a technical error affecting game outcomes, GLBet reserves the right to void the round in question and return the wager to the user.
• The use of any bots, automated scripts, or unauthorized methods to play is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension.

For Live Casino games, results announced by the live dealer are final, subject to video recording review if necessary. Any disputes must be reported to the support team within 24 hours of the incident.

05Security & Personal Data Protection

GLBet takes the security of all users' personal data seriously and complies with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). All data collected is used solely for account management, transaction processing and service improvement.

• All communications between your device and the glbet servers are protected by 256-bit TLS 1.3 SSL encryption.
• Your credit card and banking details are never stored on our servers — all processing is handled by PCI DSS-certified payment processors.
• GLBet will not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.
• Users are responsible for keeping their account password confidential. glbet will never ask for your password via email or chat.

06Responsible Gaming

GLBet is committed to responsible gaming practices and provides a range of tools to help users maintain control over their gambling habits. Betting should be a form of entertainment, not a source of financial or emotional stress.

• Deposit Limit: Users can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings.
• Play Time Limit: Set session time limits and receive automatic reminders when the limit is approaching.
• Temporary Break: Suspend your account for 24 hours, 1 week, 1 month, or another period of your choice.
• Self-Exclusion: Request long-term self-exclusion through customer support.

07Account Termination & Terms Changes

GLBet reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user's account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms and conditions, fraudulent activity, attempted money laundering or any conduct that compromises the integrity of the platform.

Users may also request closure of their own account at any time by contacting the glbet support team. Any remaining balance will be returned once all conditions are resolved and the verification process is complete.

GLBet reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users via email or in-platform notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

08Liability Cap

The glbet platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to ensure the platform operates without interruption 24/7, we cannot guarantee perfect availability under all circumstances, particularly during scheduled maintenance or disruptions beyond our control.

• GLBet is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
• GLBet's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the total value of that user's deposits in the 30 days preceding the relevant incident.
• GLBet is not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party game software providers operating within our platform.

09Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms and conditions are interpreted and governed by applicable law. Any dispute arising from or related to the use of the glbet platform shall first be resolved through our customer support channels.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process within 30 days, it may be referred to independent arbitration. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.

Users acknowledge that they fully understand online gambling may be subject to specific regulations in their jurisdiction, and they are solely responsible for ensuring their participation complies with local laws.
